Domain Funding requires the following documents* so we can assist you in obtaining quick and efficient commercial financing:

• Title search for the secured property
• Borrower financial statements
• Building operating statements
• Personal net worth statement
• Contract and Purchase of Sale
• Rent roll and commercial leases¹
• Real estate development resume of borrower(s)/covenantor(s)
• Rezoning/development applications, approvals, agreements, permits, etc.
• Line-item project cost budget²
• Building condition report
• Geotechnical report
• Environmental report
• Appraisal report(s)
